Baycrest is reinforcing its commitment to advancing the field of aging on a global scale. The Baycrest Foundation will embark on a major global fundraising campaign to support The Next Generation of Baycrest, perhaps the most ambitious campaign ever undertaken in support of aging and brain health. The campaign will not only be transformative to Baycrest, but will have the potential to transform geriatric medicine and patient care delivery to seniors around the world.

The Baycrest Foundation has an opportunity for a full-time
MARKETING SPECIALIST

who will create and deliver of a broad range of marketing materials and communications that support the fundraising efforts of the organization.

Non-union – 1.00 F.T.E.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the creative development and print production of marketing materials, including leaflets, mailings, brochures and catalogues.
• Managing the advertising agencies or freelance designers to ensure that all marketing projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy.
• Working closely with Data Analyst to determine donor segmentation strategy and targeting.
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the results of marketing programs including post-analysis reports.
• Conducting market research for industry best practices.
• Planning and implementing donor questionnaires to collect relevant donor data.
• Coordinating the process to obtain approvals of marketing communications across various departments.
• Tracking and controlling all project expenditures including processing invoices and Purchase Orders.
• Contributing to the strategic planning of the program in conjunction with the Director.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a not-for-profit or agency setting.
• Excellent project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent proof reading ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage easily and effectively with donors and key stakeholders within the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as required.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
