Baycrest provides care and service to approximately 2,400 people a day, which includes a unique continuum of care from wellness programs, residential housing, and outpatient clinics to a 472-bed nursing home and a 300-bed complex continuing care hospital facility with an acute care unit. Baycrest is looking for an innovative leader to take on the Director Strategy & Corporate Planning role. Reporting to the Vice President Strategy & Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director Strategy & Corporate Planning provides strategic and operational leadership and oversight of corporate planning for Baycrest. The Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the structures and systems that will enable the achievement of the strategic plan including the overall execution plan, the annual operating plan, and the organizational performance reporting framework. In addition, the Director will provide leadership on Corporate Projects/Initiatives that propel Baycrest’s global leadership forward and have potential for transformational change for the health care system. The Director builds and fosters strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and consults widely to provide guidance and advice to Baycrest leadership on broad matters related to advancing the strategic plan. You will join a dynamic team that will play a key role in helping Baycrest achieve its goals.
