Project Manager – Solo Support Central Region Description Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management & Contact Optimization, the individual is accountable for the successful planning and implementation of large programs that help Solo deliver on its client experience promise. In addition to helping identify process improvement opportunities, they will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of cross functional projects and ongoing project communication. They will be responsible for developing and designing a road map that depicts the Solo customer lifecycle and client experience. The individual must work to assess our customers’ needs and experiences in order to be able to deliver programs successfully. This individual needs to work with all business units including but not limited to IT, channel, marketing, product development and legal teams across the business. Key Responsibilities · Identification of new opportunities to enhance the delivery and support of Solo services through creative solutions · Creation of business cases and financial forecasts to prove the viability of new initiatives · Delivery of large scale projects involving change management and systems implementation from concept to execution · Lead and facilitate cross functional teams to drive change throughout the organization · Engage stakeholders to ensure full awareness of projects and to incorporate their perspectives · Build solid relationships with key stakeholders to spread client experience thinking throughout across the organization · Regular communication and project status updates to senior management Qualifications · Highly motivated individual with a passion for improving the overall Client Experience and delivery of the initiatives to drive results · The candidate must possess strong problem solving skills and have demonstrated the ability to be a strategic thinker for formulating strategic solutions · Ability to work in a fast paced environment and managing multiple projects through effective prioritization · Significant experience managing projects and change management initiatives · Effective communication and presentation skills · Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to develop business cases and financial forecasts · Demonstrated strong leadership skills Education and Preferred Experience · 5 years of experience working with large scale projects with a large wireless or telecommunications company · Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business · Project Management Education an asset · Six Sigma an asset Additional Information Position Type: Management, CP3 Company Name: Bell Mobility (Solo) Date Required: Immediately Application Deadline: September 8th, 2010 Location: Mississauga, ON Resource Person’s Name: Brenda Joseph or Domenic Perri Apply directly on line to be considered for this role.
