Detailed Description: Reporting to the Director of Campaign Development & Management this individual is responsible for planning and all executional aspects of delivering successful campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience leading large cross functional teams to implement programs. Job Duties/Accountabilities: - Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns
- Post mortem development and analysis
- Leading large cross functional teams in campaign implementation
- Meet aggressive due dates on project implementation
- Lead a team of specialists
Special Project: Development of Solo Mobile’s Affordability Model & Expense Reduction - Extract and assess Solo's current cost structure and overall EBITDA.
- Compile/analyze Solo revenues, expenses, KPIs and other non-financial metrics
- Create recommendations for the brand from a cost reduction/revenue opportunity perspective, to create value for the brand (ie: Hardware inventory management, evolution of self serve component (handset and web), driving on-line activations/sales, hybrid rate plans and the like)
- Identify and quantify potential savings and revenue streams for the brand (ie: chargeable calls, rate increases etc.)
Critical Qualifications/Competencies: - University degree with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
- 5 years of leadership experience in Marketing or Project Management
- Proven ability in project management and leading large cross functional teams
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate in front of large groups of people)
- Solid partnering and creative problem solving skills
- Flexibility and the ability to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving environment
- Advanced skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
