Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
The Digital Media Analyst in the Bell Media Agency is responsible for the strategic placement of all promotional material for all Bell Media online/mobile sites. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities include:
·         Create Digital Priority schedule to prioritize online mobile priorities with cross promotion priorities.
·         Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with Rev Man and all Bell Media Marketing groups.
·         Upload, flight and serve every single in-house promotional Web Banner ad unit for Bell Media.
·         Serve up all promotional pre-rolls in the company's video players.
·         Flight all house creative to mobile sites and apps.
·         Write copy, request and send posters for VOD.
·         Build schedule for One Stop promotion for CTV and cross promotion priorities.
·         Schedule CTV's primetime schedule for TTC platforms.
·         Ensure all creative is functional and meets required specifications.
·         Run weekly post reports on digital campaigns.

·         Post secondary education in broadcasting or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
·         Knowledge of DFP (Dart for Publishers)
·         Knowledge of television production process.
·         Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·         Excellent organizational skills.
·         Ability to work with a wide range of individuals with varying business experience.
