Position:  TRAFFIC

Location: CTV SASKATOON
Salary:  CEP 817M, Group 3. Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for clearing all airtime orders, ensuring proper coding complies with standard coding practices and revenue management guidelines.
• Issue program changes to Sales; alter contracts to reflect program changes. Work closely with revenue management to resolve inventory issues.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining program schedules within the traffic system. 
• Enter breaks for commercial, promo, billboard, bumpers and ID’s as per program formats. 
• Enter CRTC codes and segment lines working closely with Network Program coordinators.
• Other related duties as assigned, including backup of other department functions (reception relief)

Qualifications: 
• Experience in Traffic or Broadcast industry
• Working knowledge of AS400 Columbine system
• Excellent computer skills including strong keyboard/data entry skills.
• Work in a team environment under constant changing deadlines. Superior judgment and ability to multi-task a variety of functions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Take initiative, proactive teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues in completing all aspects of the work.
