You will be a key part of the Great-West Life Sales and Marketing Centre team, where you will provide support to specialists associated with our group benefits product for organizations with fewer than 36 plan members.
·         Make financial recommendations regarding new business and renewal pricing.
·         Underwrite new business in conjunction with head office.
·         Recommend plan design and product solutions to sales representatives through the analysis of client claiming patterns and within a financial advisors book of business,
·         Oversee and design local sales tracking and reporting tools.

Qualifications and Competencies:
·         Post secondary education or related work experience
·         Strong mathematical and computer skills
·         Financial aptitude
·         Ability to show initiative and be self motivated
·         Commitment to continual learning and self development
·         Other skills include: time management, communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
