Position Overview:

In this role you will be responsible to provide administrative support to all management levels in Group Major Accounts Administration as well as for other Group Enrollment Departments when requested.  You will also provide service to our staff and clients by answering the phones in Group Major Accounts Administration Department during normal business hours. 

Accountabilities:

1.     Administrative duties for Director and Managers/Associate Managers of Group Major Accounts Administration.

  • Monthly, quarterly and weekly reports including budget and spreadsheets and attendance reports.
  • Management presentations & arrange meetings and meetings rooms.
  • Photocopying/faxes.
  • Employee recognition rewards.
  • Make travel arrangements/accommodations.
  • Maintain management schedules and communicate internally and externally, as deemed appropriate.
  • Submit overtime via payroll hours system.
  • Monitoring attendance as backup to the attendance database.

2.     Responding to calls received through the department attendant lines during normal business hours.
3.     Establish and maintain documents manually and electronically appropriate to management needs.
4.     Submit requests for new or moving employees.
5.     Ordering Department supplies.

Qualifications and Competencies:

1.    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
2.    Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access).
3.    Administrative skills including a minimum keyboard speed of 40 wpm.
4.    Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks with strong attention to detail.
5.    Excellent Customer skills.
6.    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
7.    Ability to work independently and in a team.
8.    Bilingual in French is an asset.
