Position Overview:

As a member of the Administration Unit, the Administrative Clerk will provide administrative support to the Group Disability organization.  

Accountabilities:

·          Maintaining database of claims information including data verification and data entry for Garnishments and Bankruptcy claims
·         Handling policy requests from 14 Disability Management Services Offices and Subrogation specialists using OmniRim
·         Corresponding with lawyers regarding subrogation claims
·         Coordinating re-stocking of standard claim forms and coordinating new customized claim forms
·         Processing invoices for multi-disciplinary provider program
·         Ordering supplies for 5 Head Office departments and Disability Intervention Services

Qualifications and Competencies:

·         Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
·         Good organization and time management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
·         Good communication skills
·          Well developed skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
·         Willingness to assist other members of the Admin team as required
