We are currently recruiting for one year contracts for 2 Bilingual (French/English) and 1 English Customer Service Representative. Position Overview: You will be working in a small call centre of 15 agents. This role will be answering calls specific to a particular marketing campaign to customers. You will be expected to answer questions about a number of products and to retain customer’s business. CSR’s are also expected to perform some administrative duties. The role includes performance monitoring in the following areas on a daily basis:  Attendance  Adherence to your scheduled shift (including breaks/lunch)  Quality monitoring  Productivity expectations Accountabilities:  Answer incoming calls and complete transactions within specific timeframes  Able to interact with customer in a professional manner and utilize defusing techniques as required  Demonstrate an ability to multi task by completing administrative duties accurately within an established time frame, while logged on the phone  Achieve sales and retention targets  Understand system and policy information in order to explain the benefits of each insurance offered by Direct Marketing Qualifications and Competencies:  Call centre experience helpful  Proven sales experience  Minimum of 25 wpm keyboarding  Bilingual (French/English language) skills would be a definite asset  Ability to work effectively independently and with a team  Able to be flexible and adapt quickly in an ever changing environment  Good working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to develop and grow within an exciting, professional environment.
