The Administrative Coordinator, Employee Benefits will provide administrative and sales support to the staff associated with the Regional Employee Benefits Manager.

You will be accountable for:
·         Preparation of quotations and annual policy renewals
·         Preparation of new business administration kits
·         Occasional ad-hoc reporting
·         Maintaining client files
·         Processing enrollments and applications
·         Reviewing all application materials to verify accuracy of information provided
·         Responding to general inquiries and information requests from Advisors & Brokers - Plan Administrators and Insured Individuals

Required Competencies and Behaviors:
·         Strong verbal and written communications skills
·         Excellent interpersonal skills - Team player
·         Proficiency with MS Office programs and the ability to learn other applications quickly
·         Strong time management skills
·         Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
·         Related post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
·         Knowledge of the group insurance industry would be an asset
