This position assists the day to day operation of the Quality Services area. In this role you will be responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing work within the unit and will support various members of the team on administrative support functions such as scanning and data entry into departmental database.

Accountabilities:

• Ordering, tracking and returning of claims to be audited from Benefit Payment Offices
• Loading of claims into department database
• Co-ordinate incoming work (re: mail, faxes, etc.)
• Assist in administrative tasks to support other roles within department
• Request , receive and return files from company records
• Phone Attendant duties
• Daily scanning of Improvement Opportunities
• Maintaining accurate listing of examiners and processors within the Benefit Payment Office

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Strong computer skills in MS. Excel and Word
• Basic skills in MS. Access
• Bilingual a strong asset
