Position Overview:
The successful applicant will contribute to the attainment of key business objectives by efficiently supporting the Regional Sales Directors. You will be proactively liaising with Compensation Administration on issues pertaining to the Sales & Marketing Centre. Your role will organize meetings, provide and create various reports, book corporate Travel, venues and facilities as well as take minutes in meetings.  In addition, support may be required for certain Employee Benefit and Investment Division level tasks.

·         Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Directors and their Teams. This includes: expense management, up keep of confidential employee files, reporting as well as other miscellaneous administration duties as required.
·         Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Sales & Marketing Centre staff and Management, as well as liaison with Individual Compensation and other Head office Departments.  
·         Conducts general administrative tasks for the Regional Sales Directors to support the achievement of their teams.
·         Handling correspondence and booking venues, arranging meetings, managing our online booking system for meeting rooms etc.
·         Maintain the local client database, update and make changes as appropriate.
·         Ensures that compliance and privacy guidelines are followed.

  • Post secondary education with an administrative background or related work experience.
