DESCRIPTION: - Support zones to ensure achievement of Zone targets through dealer specific reports
- Updating monthly targets and actual and analyzing trends for retention, Customer Pay Repair Order and controllable part sales
- Identifying variances in reporting and determining root cause
- Identify trends and analyze the impact
- Evolving current reporting metrics and identifying efficiencies
- Working with the Zone offices to ensure that current reporting is relevant in order to complete business plan
- Coordinate high level reporting – work with multiple departments to ensure timely completion and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: - Strong attention to detail needed
- Advanced PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a related role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of Service and Parts an asset
- Dealership experience an asset
