·        Support the Small Engine Sales Department to document sales histories, to plan wholesale and inventories by model

·        Maintain the Small Engine Niguri, prepare wholesale and production plans for budget events, update Niguri’s with month end results, review past month’s sales and recommend necessary adjustments to wholesale & production plans

·        Liaise with various overseas vendors on matters in relation to monthly production orders, production allocations for warehouses, production schedule, counter-measures for adverse conditions, i.e. back orders, shipments, etc.

·        Maintain the Small Engine purchase contract system, set up Small Engine models in CICS/MTO Master, update RDO and production dates and MTO ratios in the system to support the prevailing RSO/RDO/CDO processes to achieve the sales objectives

·        Update and keep track of purchase contracts in the system

·        Set up new Small Engine models in the system, maintain production start/end dates

·        Analyze zones sales forecast, identify issues and discuss them with sales manager, execute forecasts into the Niguri plan and order products as appropriate and as approved

·        Generate sales reports

·        Reconcile inventories at the beginning of each month, provide ETA information as requested

·        Other duties as assigned

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

 

·        Excellent communication skills

·        French Language skills would be an asset

·        Excellent  organizational and problem-solving skills are required

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Advanced knowledge of data gathering, analysis and reporting; aptitude for detail and accuracy

·        Advanced PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·        Ability to work independently, and deal with multiple and changing priorities
