Reporting to the Manager, Wealth Management Project Delivery, this role is responsible for the development and management of significant projects for Wealth Management.

You will be accountable for:

• Developing project scope, scheduling and resourcing needs using appropriate methodologies.
• Managing project scope and budget to ensure project delivery of business results.
• Providing scope control, issue resolution processes and risk assessment.
• Leading and motivating the project team.
• Communication within the project team and to sponsors.
• Liaising with various levels of business partners and our IS partners regarding Great West Life, London Life, Canada Life and Quadrus product lines

Required Competencies and Behaviours:

• Minimum of 4 years experience leading projects
• Strong knowledge and experience with project management principles and practices
• Project Management certificate, PMP designation, or working towards
• Ability to manage change
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Attention to detail and issue resolution
• Good interpersonal, team building skills
• Results oriented
• Self motivated
