Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Programs and Services, you’ll contribute to and support the Manger, Advisor Programs and Services for Freedom 55 Financial, Wealth & Estate Planning Group and Gold Key Distribution and Manager, Advisor Business Development, Gold Key Distribution.

 

You will be accountable for:

 

·         Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Management team

·         Administer and track all speaker contracts and invoicing

·         Handle confidential information

·         Schedule speaker conference calls with participants across Canada and the U.S.

·         Liaise with speakers and speaker bureaus to ensure timely receipt of contracts, payments

·         Maintain and improve speaker tracking spreadsheets

·         Send out educational forum email communications to advisor audience

·         Develop and modify powerpoint presentations

·         Compose / transcribe meeting notes

·         Update annual calendars for executive team audiences

·         Process and manage the CE credits for programs

·         Adhoc projects and initiatives to support Advisor Business Development
