Reporting to the Supervisor, Field Operations you will be accountable for administration of career events affecting the F55F field force.
You will be accountable for:
• Updates to Field Operations databases • Administration of field hires, terminations, appointments, etc • Issue and termination of life and mutual fund licenses • Understanding of provincial legislation to administer licensing processes • Handle unique issues or problems as they arise Required Competencies and Behaviours:
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in French • Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel • Strong attention to detail, and demonstrated initiative • Team player with the ability to work independently • Focus on quality and timeliness to meet deadlines • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Ability to work in an unstructured environment • Flexibility – Able to work overtime when required
