Network Services Process Analyst (9369346)

In this role, you will be responsible for:


- the planning, development, implementation, training and documentation of processes and systems designed to enhance the productivity and operational efficiencies.

- identifying and documenting client requirements.

- preparing cost/benefit studies.



Successful candidate must possess:


- a degree or diploma in Engineering, Management or Business Analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

- experience in an Engineering or Operational environment.

- extensive experience in business case development, process re-engineering, process mapping, and preparation of user documentation and user requirements analysis.

- experience preparing and delivering formal presentations.

- excellent communication skills.

- knowledge of network architectures with respect to wireless and broadband services.

- knowledge of processes for service provisioning, and repair systems.

- proficiency with Microsoft office productivity tools.

- experience with negotiation, team building and strong leadership skills.

- the ability to problem solve and prioritize and manage a large number of key activities in a dynamic business environment.

- experience organizing and leading effective meetings or workshops.

- experience with process development tools.
