Personnel Recruiter – Grande Prairie and Cold Lake, AB
The Personnel Recruiter is responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates for possible employment.The Recruiter screens, interviews, and reference check all possible candidates to ensure suitability.Responsibilities include:
·Coordinating all necessary advertising for recruitment;
·Maintaining recruitment databases and tracking systems;
·Organizing and conducting all pre-employment orientations;
·Replying to candidate and various department inquiries;
·Maintaining, inputting and updating all personnel data;
·Organizing and attending employment job fairs as required; and,
·Various other duties and projects as assigned.
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
·Two years office experience in an administrative capacity;
·Previous oilfield and/or recruitment background would both be considered assets;
·Previous SAP experience would be an asset;
·Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
·Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
·Ability to multi task and coordinate to meet deadlines;
·Ability to work independently and in group settings;
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and,
·Being comfortable with public speaking is an asset.
