The Opportunity

Maintenance Mechanic  – Calgary  
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining all shop equipment, including trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical equipment and electrical/electronics of production equipment.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

·         Journeyman or 10 years plus experience with production CNC machinery;
·         Must have ability to read and comprehend technical information from manuals and drawings;
·         Must have ability to conduct precision measurement and inspection of mechanical and electrical/electronic components;
·         Excellent attitude toward safety and demonstrated commitment to a safe work environment;
·         Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently;
·         Positive attitude and ability to work well with others; and
·         Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
