The Opportunity

Receptionist – Grande Prairie, AB
·         Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and courteous manner;
·         Answering multi-line phones and appropriately directing inquiries;
·         Monitoring and distributing incoming and outgoing faxes;
·         Processing various mail, courier, and fax duties for management staff;
·         Assisting accounts payable with day to day functions;
·         Entering purchase orders and coding freight and overhead invoices;
·         Providing administrative support to management;
·         Assisting Safety Administrator with day to day functions; and,
·         Ordering and maintaining of office supplies and equipment.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

·         High school diploma;
·         Previous oilfield and/or recruitment background would both be considered assets;
·         Experience in administration, customer service, accounts payable and data entry would all be assets;
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
·         Previous SAP experience would be an asset;
·         Strong attention to detail;
·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
·         Ability to multi task and coordinate to meet deadlines;
·         Ability to work independently and in group settings;
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and,
·         Being comfortable with public speaking is an asset.
