Operations Assistant– Estevan, SK
The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to operations. This includes:
·Providing a high level of customer service to clients;
·Answering phones and directing them as required;
·Recording and ensuring the accuracy of all ship documents and rental agreements;
·Data entry and filing;
·Updating and maintaining the equipment register in timely fashion;
·Ensure coding accuracy and submitting time sheets on a daily basis;
·Maintaining and issuing purchase orders;
·Ensuring purchase orders are accurate, properly completed and completed;
·Sorting and directing mail;
·Review Nickle’s Daily Rig report for movement of well sites and surface equipment to provide accurate location of equipment for billing purposes;
·Contacting customers for rental days and field review follow-up;
·Correcting billing information;
·Assisting in SAP testing and other required SAP processes;
·Following up on inquiries from corporate head office and ensuring a timely response;
·Assisting sales team with reviewing customer histories and billing issues; and,
·Creating repair and cleaning billing information.
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
·1–3 years office administration experience, preferably in an oilfield services environment;
·SAP proficiency is an asset;
·Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
·Excellent attention to detail;
·Ability to effectively multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment;
·Effective verbal and written communication skills;
·Team player; and,
·Ability to work under minimal supervision.
