This position is accountable to deliver the sales plan for assigned categories through effective performance management of team with a focus on sales obsessed culture. This involves: • Leading: providing effective leadership for day to day selling activities to ensure delivery of category plan including Sales and Revenue, Credit Acquisition , Protection Agreements, Returns Reduction, TIPS • Coaching: Creating an environment that delivers a selling culture in which all team members are engaged to ensure each customer is approached with intent to sell • Leverage: using various tools, store support and vendor partnerships to drive profitable sales Success in this role calls for strong customer service and supervisory/leadership skills.
The ideal job candidate will have some experience in a Sales Associate and Sales team leadership role and a minimum of three year community college.
