A career as a Senior Advisor within the Sales Effectiveness team in the Enterprise sector has involved the development and deployment of various projects and initiatives for the Enterprise sector. With your field experience and expertise, you will be called upon to contribute to sales efficiency initiatives, from the initial stages of development to activities after deployments.
Working in Sales Efficiency means developing and deploying strategic initiatives (in training, consulting approach, adoption/appropriation management and others) with the sales force to contribute to the achievement of business objectives, while having a positive impact on the employee and customer experience.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Sales Efficiency.
Your job:

Manage initiatives to bring to life the evolution of sales practices, employee development and the change management model of the Enterprise sector

Contribute as an Enterprise Integrator to the realization of varied and large-scale projects in collaboration with corporate colleagues; take ownership of the content of the initiatives deployed in order to facilitate understanding and adoption in the field

Participate in communication strategies for the sales force

Influence internal partners in terms of deployment and adoption strategy, both on the corporate side and on the sales force

Involve the appropriate teams in the needs identified in the field (technological, skills development, etc.) and ensure management of expectations and different stakeholders in this context
