Work in close conjunction with IT managers to ensure organizational employees are working at their optimal on desktops/workstations, laptops, and handheld devices (Both Windows and MAC OS based)
Provide in person and over the telephone PC support as well as remotely for all Ganz locations; Woodbridge, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Cannon Falls and Hong Kong
Troubleshooting of general office systems and hardware in order to identify and solve problems (Including MFP and Network printers)
Provide support for general applications Office 365, Windows 10, AS400 screens within the operations area, including upgrades, new installations, and configurations
Support for Mobile devices-including iPad, Sales app support, WMS (warehouse management system) and warehouse inventory scanners
Remote and local Ganz Sales Show support
Assist in the coordination of moves, additions, and changes of employee equipment
Create and manage organizational units, accounts, file shares and e-mail addresses using Office 365 admin portal, software licenses admin, adobe and splashtop
Administration of Allstream HCS Portal (VOIP system)– Add and Delete users, Voicemail creation and password resets
