RPA Build Lead/ Developer – Detroit, MI – Fulltime ( 2 Open Roles)
Location : Windsor, Ontraio
Focus Skills: RPA UIpath, Care Management in Healthcare exp(Medicaid and Medicare)/ BOT/ UIPath

Job Responsibilities: -
Able to clearly construct a to-be state robotic solution on UiPath based on business process inputs received from BA/ Client-side SMEs/Current Vendor
Create code modularization plans to build solution and integrate modularized code
Identifying technical exceptions and propose handling
Provide solutions for creation and maintenance of bot credentials.
Provide decision on type of Bot to be used (attended/unattended/Intelligent Bots) etc.
Suggest connectivity mechanisms for best performance of RPA solution.
Conduct tool feasibility to check technical fitment of specific process steps to RPA automation
Able to call out technical risks and dependencies pertaining to RPA development and deployments and suggest mitigation tactics.
Ability to handle a small team of BA, Sr. RPA Developers, Service Desk and lead them towards success.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certificate is mandatory.
Total experience: 11-14years with 5+ years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of programming experience (scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
At-least 3 years’ experience as a Team Lead
Experience in Robotics Enterprise framework (RE), mid-complex code development, application testing and component design
Knowledge of Scripts built using scripting languages like Python/VB/Java scripts, (and preferably excel macros) in coordination with / embedded into Bot Scripts.
Good exposure with API integration, Email automation, Selectors, Working with PDF files, Screen scrapping, Data scrapping.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes - Mandatory
Should be able to Prioritise and manage Multipleortfolios
Qualifications:
Should be a BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT or allied fields.

Salary: $50.00-$72.00 per hour
