As a Senior Account Manager, Creative Industries Group, you will be essential in growing the sizeable portfolio of business clients assigned to you. Your complex and varied duties will help you rapidly become a trusted advisor to your clients for their financial projects.
Your role :

Identify and develop business opportunities in the Creative industry market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategies. Assist the Associate Vice-President in reaching objectives

Help your clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and services

Meet clients' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and advice/approaches

Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria

Keep abreast of economic trends in the entertainment industry and ensure that the products and services offered meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Work with the Manager – Financing Solutions

Actively participate to various networking activities (cocktails, conferences, etc.)

The candidate needs to be able to identify all risks inherent in the sector’s activities

As a Senior Creative Industries Account Manager, and in collaboration with your colleagues, you will play a leading role in the strategic support of Creative Industries clients. Your tasks, as varied as they are complex, will allow you to quickly become a trusted professional for these companies that entertain the world.
This position is located in Toronto.
Competencies required:

A completed bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10 years of relevant experience, OR a completed master's degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience

Experience in sales and business development

Experience in analysis of financial statements

Experience in commercial credit

Network of professional contacts in the entertainment industry

Good knowledge of the entertainment industry

Bilingualism (spoken/written) in English is essential because you will be dealing with clients and partners speaking only English

The compensation associated with this position is available on the My HR portal. You will find the salary scales by indicating it as a keyword in the "Search" field of the portal. While only one level is posted, the manager has the latitude to position the selected candidate at a lower level, depending on his profile.
