WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Managing and developing an effective operations function
-
Maintaining operational excellence in line with customer requirements
-
Overseeing operative teams to carry out work safely and effectively
-
Ensuring operations are conducted in line with business plans and budgets
-
Upholding high safety standards
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-
Expert level experience in Heavy Lift and Transport operations. Professional level experience in people management, project management and contract management. Basic level experience in OPS systems and MS Office suites
-
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
-
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
-
12 years of broad, relevant work experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in logistical or technical discipline

About our region
This will be a full-time position operating out of our Fort McMurray location on a full-time basis. Some on call work may be required during seasonal peaks.
